    A 60-minute in-home training session is the ultimate solution for clients looking to maximize their fitness potential. These sessions provide ample time for clients to work on their overall fitness and well-being, including cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. With the extended session duration, clients can expect to see rapid progress towards their fitness goals.

    During 60-minute sessions, clients will receive more individualized instruction and personalized attention. This allows for a more comprehensive workout experience and a greater emphasis on specific areas of concern. Additionally, clients will have ample time for warm-up and cool-down exercises, which are crucial for injury prevention and recovery.

    Furthermore, 60-minute sessions are ideal for clients who are dedicated to their fitness journey and want to commit to a more extensive workout routine. These sessions allow for more in-depth instruction, which can lead to better retention and comprehension of the exercises being taught. As a result, clients will be able to execute the exercises with greater ease and accuracy, resulting in improved outcomes.

  • Rescheduling Guidelines:

    • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling to accommodate scheduling adjustments.

    • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the current billing period (the same month). Sessions cannot be carried over to the next billing period unless previously discussed and agreed upon due to vacations, illness, or emergencies.

    Late Cancellations:

    • If a cancellation is not communicated with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, the session will be considered forfeited without refund, and rescheduling will not be possible.

    Frequent Cancellations:

    • Consistency is key to achieving your fitness goals. Frequent cancellations or repeated last-minute changes can disrupt both progress and scheduling availability. Clients are encouraged to plan and adhere to their scheduled sessions whenever possible.

  • Eligibility:
    Clients on a month-to-month plan may request to temporarily pause their training sessions.

    Pause Duration:

    • For medical reasons, you can pause your subscription for up to 4 consecutive weeks.

    • Vacation pauses for Auto-Pay clients can be taken as needed. During a vacation pause, billing will continue as normal, and missed sessions must be completed within 6 weeks of returning.

    • For longer breaks, arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis.

    Holding Your Time Slot:
    A fee may apply to hold your regular time slot during the pause period, ensuring your preferred schedule is available when you return.

    Advance Notice:
    Please provide at least two weeks' notice before the pause begins to allow for proper scheduling adjustments.

  • Why Do My Sessions Expire?

    Regular and consistent use of personal training sessions is key to achieving your fitness goals. By setting a deadline for using your sessions within the current month, you're encouraged to maintain a steady routine, which helps you see progress more quickly. An expiration policy also ensures that sessions are not left unused, helping both clients and trainers manage schedules effectively.

    In certain cases, such as vacations, illness, or emergencies, session carry-over may be arranged with prior discussion and agreement.

  • Sessions are scheduled on a monthly basis to ensure consistency and availability. Clients are encouraged to provide their preferred schedule at least two weeks in advance of the upcoming month. This advance notice helps secure your time slot and ensures effective planning.

    • Preferred Notice: Two weeks before the start of the new month.

    • Flexibility: If your schedule changes, one week's notice may be accommodated depending on availability. Auto-Pay clients have reserved time slots each month, ensuring their preferred schedule is available.

  • Virtual personal training allows you to receive one-on-one coaching from a certified personal trainer through a virtual platform such as Zoom, Facetime, Google Meet. I will create a personalized workout plan for you, provide real-time instruction and feedback during your training sessions.

  • You will need a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Depending on your fitness goals, you may also need some basic equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, or a yoga mat.

  • Month to Month subscriptions will be set up using a credit/debit card using Stripe.

    3-Month, 6-Month and Annual subscriptions will be paid upfront using a credit/debit card using Stripe.

  • I will create a personalized workout plan for you based on your fitness goals, limitations, and preferences. During the virtual training session, I will guide you through the exercises and provide instruction and feedback in real-time.

  • Yes! Virtual training is a convenient and cost-effective way for clients to reach their fitness goals. By eliminating the need to travel to a gym or training facility, virtual training saves clients time and money on transportation. Additionally, the flexibility of virtual training allows clients to work out at any time that is most convenient for them, making it easy to fit exercise into even the busiest of schedules.
